The Hugo Junkers Lounge is within the Schengen zone (i.e. travellers within the EU) in Dusseldorf airport. I visited this lounge at the end of February this year when I was connecting from BCN to MUC on Air Berlin.
This is a paid lounge (EUR 21 per person) but also service as the designated Business / FF lounge for a number of airlines, including BA, Iberia, Air Berlin, KLM, Alitalia, Tui etc.
Entrance / Seating...
Self service F&B area...
Smallish liquor and beer selection...
Selection of bread rolls...
Sandwiches...
Small selection of hot snacks...
As well as dessert (cake etc) and Easter Eggs (As Easter was coming)...
There are restrooms and showers in the lounge.
Internet was fairly quick when I was there.
There are F&B outlets and shops in this part of Dusseldorf airport, so I didn't spend all that much time in this lounge, but it is a decent enough lounge for a quick pit stop prior to a flight.
