Coming Soon: Changi Airport Connector!
A fellow SQTalker forwarded me this photo of a signboard...
It looks like we will soon be able to walk, run or cycle all the way from East Coast Park to Changi Airport! In the past, you could get all the way to Changi Beach Park, past the airport, but this was around the airport perimeter, with no access to the terminals themselves, but with this new Park Connector, it looks like it will be possible to head right into the terminal complex.
And as a bonus, it appears, from the signage, that there will be public showers in the landside area too.
I can't wait for this new park connector to be open! Anyone who has info on expected opening dates, please share!
