SQ Boys to get new look as of the 2nd Quarter of 2008

Indeed- the red& the green one both look good IMO!


I must say the whole uniform somehow looks more fitting and professional than the old one (but I must say the most important thing is that the SQ girls keep their Kebaya)

The old uniforms the guys wore just clashed with everything in the cabin. Now they commend the girls' Sarong kebaya too!

The old uniforms were designed by Lanvin. Its good to know that they went back to Pierre Balmain this time and the designer in charge did a great job in creating a very good design. The guys' uniforms are all made to measure, just like the girls'!

So, they're quite snug too !

Now I wonder they'll get rid of the blue jackets the ground crew wore. Although supposedly designed by Givency, the bright blue jackets just didn't match with anything else the ground staff wore. The previous design was soo much better and smarter. The old ones were designed by Hermes!

i was on a flight from dps to sin a couple days ago, on the very first day of the new uniforms. i commented that they looked great, and the steward said it was the first day they were wearing them. later on in the flight, i was flipping thru the silverkris magazine when, lo and behold, i see the same steward modeling the uniform! i approached him and told him he is an SQ celebrity and asked him to please sign my silverkris magazine. he was pretty shy, but the IFS got him to oblige. =) the IFS then said if i collect all four autographs of the models, i will get a free F ticket. hahaha

Alas not yet. Besides the guy only comes on towards the end anyway!
