I tried to redeem a ticket online to burn 12.5k miles that are expiring next month but the system prompted me saying that I had to have a 4 hour window before my return flight.

If I make a phone redemption booking, will they allow a quick turn around? I have no intention of loitering in CGK. Just want to fly the A345 before they go all J and with that I would have flown on every single type of aircraft in SQ since the B743
