Rerouting award ticket - service fee?

I need to reroute my redemption ticket from HKG-SIN to HKG-SIN-KUL.
I could easily do this before the update but now it has to be done offline.

Now they want a USD20 charge. Is this justified?

You can try pushing for the lower online service charge of 12usd or something . Personally I won't fight for such a sum.

But I will fight it to the end if they want to take back the 15% online discount.

Just a side question, say I have 2 segments in my ticket. I fly the first sector, but don't turn up for the next. Do I forfeit it? Or can I pay the no show fee when I need to use it?
