Business or First on SIN - MNL

So I am going to redeem miles through US Airways for MNL - SIN - MNL, and was wondering if it is worth the extra 10,000 miles to go with F. It most certainly is worth 5,000 miles for J, but like for me Business on it's own is amazing. I also will only be making of the lounge in Manila rather than Singapore, and I assume the differences are minor there, so no TPR for me. If it is, then for a very short period of time, what's your opinion on this though?

Given quite a short flight, the order of first class meal is similar to long haul business class main service on any carrier.
MNL SQ first class lounge is also similar to any lounge run by third party albeit smaller.
You will probably find lesser F passengers than J class.
It's difficult to say whether you should go for F or J. It depends whether you are willing to fork out extra miles or you prefer to save some for another trip.
