  • Rumor: SQ might fly to a third African destination?

Little birdies have been chirping that the Golden Goose is likely to have a third landing point in Africa next year. Anyone else heard this birdsong?

        Not CMN or NBO?
God must have been a ship owner, he placed the raw materials far from where they are needed and covered two-thirds of the earth with water...

If not CAI, CPT, or JNB, then my bet would be on NBO.

Nagoya? Guess you meant Nairobi (NBO)?

Yes. Thank you. I've made the correction above.

I'm going for LOS or DKR ( just to extend the options mentioned)
There's only One way to fly.... SINGAPORE AIRLINES!
If SQ is too expensive, the other way to fly is Qatar Airways

Hmmm... How about SIN-FCO-RAK with the 772ER...?

Who knows if there would be commercial demand... It would just be cool.

I suppose if just under 5000 miles is considered 'quite a bit'.

I think Mogadishu's a prime destination. Seems to me that quite a lot of shipping liners use that port between europe and asia, sometimes stopping for as long as a few months

Apparently it's a tag on from the sandpit
