  • SQ's just getting started with the advertising it seems. My friend was offered a modeling job from SQ for a Brazilian carnival and the shoot is tomorrow. They seem to be leaving this stuff pretty late, don't you think? I mean they're still not taking bookings (online at least) with just 4 months to go!

Not if they aren't finalizing fares till Jan 2011. I guess SQ are gambling that most people don't make plans on that route until very close to the launch date.

Whether yi baat ("2-8" in Cantonese) or baat yi, I hope that inaugural flight takes off as scheduled before the onset of mercury retrograde on March 30th!

Doubt SQ marketing people will take note of any Mercury Retrograde over Feng Shui dates !

                  Thanks, jimyvr!

Mmm, Thursday is our favorite day to land in GRU and it looks like we'll get to Jardins before dark with SQ's timing

I got my miles value from the SQ website. They wouldnt be so generous to let pax earn 12,209 miles one way.
