I wouldn't be surprised if they come from Hong Kong or Beijing. Maybe 860/863 back to 73A and 2/1 back to 744? It could be anything

Got a reliable source that from 30 March 2014 onwards, another additional daily flight to HND, which means, 3 daily flights to HND.

Newly Added Daily Flight to HND from 30 March 2014 :
          SQ 632 (A330) - 0800/1600
          SQ 633 (A330) - 1705/2305

Existing 2 Daily Flights with some slight change in timings from 30 March 2014 :
          SQ 634 - 1355/2150
          SQ 635 - 2255/0500+1

          SQ 636 - 2230/0630+1
          SQ 631 - 0920/1520

SQ632/3 have great timings! A day flight into HND that doesn't land when public transport services end, and a decent departure time is very tempting to me

SINGAPORE — National carrier Singapore Airlines announced today (Nov 28) that it will raise the number of daily flights to Tokyo’s Haneda Airport from two to three in March to meet healthy demand for travel to and from the Japanese capital.

The additional flight will raise the number of SIA’s daily flights to Tokyo from four to five. The airline already operates two daily flights to Narita Airport.

The third daily Haneda flight will commence on March 30, adding nearly 2,000 seats to the route. Airbus A330-300 aircraft will be used for the route.

With the new service, SIA will operate a total of 63 flights a week to Japan. SIA also operates daily to both Fukuoka and Nagoya, with twice-daily flights to Osaka

I see that SQ has taken both new daytime HND slot pairs and given up one of its night slot pairs.

Wonder who's getting the other night HND slot? Scoot? But apparently I heard they're not looking at new routes until the 787s arrive.

Actually there are 28 weekly slot pairs for SG airlines at NRT right; at the risk of sounding ignorant, but does SQ have the rights for 2 transpac dailies from NRT? Just wondering if it's possible for SQ638/637 to be converted to another transpac (maybe EWR?) and then Scoot takes the remaining HND nighttime slot pair. Then Scoot still has 1 daily flight to Tokyo, and SQ would have 5 to Tokyo as planned. But of course SQ637 would probably have to be retimed and (I think) Scoot wouldn't be able to go via TPE.

Perhaps this is also due to one of the daily NRT flights being a lot more popular with LAX passengers now that their other option is no more? With SQ11/12 now an A380E (I'm assuming they'd need the extra C capacity to have any chance to hold onto the former ULH passengers) that might be leaving room in the Y-cabin a bit constrained.

a little too late. I am booked for Nagoya-SIN instead next april. The flights from HND-SIN was not convenience. Either it is too late at night (meaning walking like a zombie without a hotel room during the day) or too early in the morning (I hate getting up early). Tried to avoid NRT, but want to see NGO, so there.... but I would prefer HND. but it's a good news nevertheless as I plan to go to Tokyo again sooner than I think - after april.

and the other 2 flights using A333's. I cannot stand those planes. So small and cramped.
