What is the preflight order for items?

Recently I did a number of F legs on SQ and became aware of the rigourous detail that SQ adhere to making sure all items are completed in sequence. I compiled this list from memory and would be interested if those with more experience can comment, reorder and add to this process.

When first settled into seat:

1. Offer of pre-takeoff drink, wine, water, juice
2. Offer of newspaper and magazines
3. Delivery of menu
4. Delivery of amenities kit & socks
5. Ordering of after takeoff drink

After takeoff
6. Serving of drink
7. Meal choice for flight
8. Selection of PJs

Sometimes I get asked No. 7 as soon as they deliver the menu (often when BTC is selected)

Sometimes No.4 & No.8 will come together after serving you welcome drink.

I think it also depends on whether there is a delay to takeoff. I have been on flights where they have done all the services (except actually serve the after take off drink) on the ground as there was a delay. Other times there push back has been quick so some tasks which normally take place before take off happen after take off.
