Early check-in for SQ11 in NRT

at narita airport, if im flying on SQ11 which departs at 1910hrs, can I do an early check in for this flight when the check in counter opens for SQ637 which departs at 1130am at around 10am? The check in counter for both flights opens 3hrs earlier at 8.30am and 1610hrs for each flight.

Similarly for THAI's TG677 which departs at 1715hrs, can I check in for this flight when the check in counter opens for TG643/TG641 which departs at 9.45am and 10.45am? the check in counter opens 2.5hrs earlier for THAI's flight.
