The general consesus in the office is April is the nicest picture. It is nice but I really like January. Maybe because I am (pleasantly) surprised to see them use an image of Singapore and also as I usually stay in the Conrad it is a view I am familiar with.

Unfortunately also you need a Japanese address to order them.
You don't need to mail order it. I also flown NH to Haneda & actually you can purchased those JL / NH metal calendar from the ground at the airport, JAL / ANA Festa Shop, from desktop to wall, plus many different sizes of diaries, & it only cost from 400 yen to 2000 yen, it's quite reasonable & I bought a whole bunch of them since nowadays not many airlines are still putting up its plane as an advertisement...

And you can buy something with airline's logo and airliner models in ANA, JAL and JAS shop in 1st floor. Also you can buy any aviation books or magazines at "Fuji Books" located left side of the way for Keikyu Haneda airport station in B1 floor.

Given the rather fun liveries of the Japanese airlines, I am just waiting for the day when I can see a plane with Ultraman livery.

pardon my ignorance but can I walk into a SQ office show my SQ*EG card and ask for a desk or wall calender?
there's nothing more rewarding than flying for free, is there??

You're responsible for the OTness (again! ) of this thread.

SQ is so sexist. They have forgotten to cater to the needs of their female passengers! I do not understand either why male FAs have to play second fiddle to the girls. Just got off a flight and the male LS is rather dashing!

The real stewardess on the Feb 2009 Calendar. Last time when I meet her in real person on HKG=>SFO flight, she is a Chief Stewardess

But then why in Feb 2009 calendar girl is showing her wearing a blue uniform...?

& the photo shop editing was so sloppy that looks like wax figure, the Hue / Saturation had been pushed to the limit...!

For promo events/functions the girls always wear blue kebaya's regardless of their current ranking.

I got mine a week before christmas, but all I got was the management diary. Personally I think it's a nice touch to get that, accompanied by an actual signed letter wishing me merry christmas.

This is especially nice, compared to what OS(LH) does. All I got was an email, because a letter would "harm the environment". ("........." the new way of LH;OS to cut costs. The last letter I received, said that from now on they would be sending most of the promotions, ecet, per email only, 'cause tis is faster, and environmentally friendlier.)
