No WL for GV2 Fares

I've just been told by SQ reservations here in SIN that you cannot be put on the waiting list if you have cheap 2-to-go fares. No exceptions, even for PPS.

Can you "upgrade" from a two to go to a flexi ticket? The difference when booking online is usually SG$100 per pax...

That is not true. My May trip to HKG was 990 for the GV2 but 1290 if i ticketed flexi
