If one is a Gold member with bmi Diamond Club and flies Economy Class or New Economy Class on Singapore Airlines, does one get to go in the SilverKris Lounge or is one directed to the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge?

You're referring to SIN right? If SIN and 1 or 2 more stations, KF Gold Lounge, or partner Gold lounge.. Otherwise, lowly Gold members can access the SKL.
