The second A380 9V-SKB has been delivered

Guess there will be a temp replacement should 9V-SKA get into strife again before the LHR route is served

Just wondering, now that there are 2 A380s in the fleet, will SKA stick to the SYD route and SKB to the LHR sector or will the 2 aircrafts be alternated?

2 are not enough to run a daily SYD and LHR.

But when you have 3, I'd expect them to run full cycles all the way up and down the kangaroo route. Expect to see KA KB and KC in both LHR and SYD.

Perhaps they will park 9V-SKA at Changi for the Singapore Airshow coming up soon while 9V-SKB does its rounds?
Help make this article a better one!

My understanding is that they will be alternated to SYD until 9V-SKC joins the fleet.

This aircraft will complement the first aircraft, allowing some rotation of aircraft on the existing Sydney route, and providing opportunities for crew training.

Where you got this news? Quite off the mark, I say...
A reliable source has mentioned that the plane is definitely not going to be flown this week.
