SQ Doesn't Love Me: No Call about Clearing Waitlist

Twice over, SQ failed to call me to informed of the waitlist which I was on being cleared. I had to call them to check on the last day required for ticket issuance to check on the availability when they said during booking they'd call and let me know as soon as the wait list clears.

Senior bros and sis... is this usually the casE?

SQ have never phoned me regarding a waitlist. Normally, I receive an email notification from my travel agent.

SQ never calls when the W/L is cleared.. Only the travel agent care for you!!

Not waitlist in my case but when my 77E flight went to 77W and flight was re-timed, I got a call from SQ themselves. Ticket was direct from SQ

Well, my wait list NEVER clears, so yeah..SQ NEVER LOVE ME!!!
