row 28 on 747-400, is this a good seat tho?

Row 28 for economy class in 747-400? old version or the new version? Is row 28 good? i can't find this seating configuration on seatguru's guide.

So in the old days that PPS used to get the prefer seat at the left side of the upper deck emergency exit row 17AC now had became 9AC, but if the seat map is in scale, isn't the main deck 19AC got the most spacious leg room + the 1st to get out of door 2? Will 19AC become PPS blocked seat? Which of the 744 9V-SPx will have the new config? & which route will SQ 1st to fly? LHR, HKG/SFO, or NRT/LAX...?

The map you attached is the leased MAS 744 which will fly to AKL only. Row 28 is only present for 9V-SPR (MAS 744) For all other SQ 744s, there is now Row 28. If you are going elsewhere, there is no Row 28 in the 744. And there is a very low possibility that SQ will ever refurbish any of their 744s with new seats, since they plan to phase all of them out by 2011.
