Any Means To Track Exact Aircraft Deployed?

Just wondering if there's any website on which we could see the exact aircraft (not just the type, but the registration numbers) of the flights currently in progress. Flight Stats does not seem to offer aircraft reg #.

Specifically, I would like to know which aircraft are deployed on today's SIA flights from CPH, FCO and AMS. Did I miss out any cities from which B772ERs will touch down in SIN on Wednesday early morning? (ATH, LAX/TPE, MAN and YVR are out)

Ive always been interested in which aircraft operate daily to each city. In Adelaide, we have a great website http://mrh.gotdns.com:81/ which tells you whats been operating todays flights. Quite interesting.
