I was at T4 the day before CB, there were no flights for that day but ICA still man the counters and 50% shops still open.
On another matter, how do I find out if SIA is planning to fly on certain days? Their updated schedule showed there is no SIN-SUB-SIN for April but yet today (16/4) there is a flight.

Two subsequent CX636 services on 10th April and 12th April carried cargo only, and were processed at the East Cargo apron.
First CX passenger departure from T1 is this evening (CX636, 20:10).
Air Asia X operated the last passenger flight from T4 (D7673 to KUL on 13th April 2020).

Would be interesting to know how many of these were from flight operations or layovers vs non-work related.
