Basically any 4 digit numerical number on the flight number is a code share flight ie if its a SQ5100 its basically uses another airline aircraft for that flight and not on SQ metal itself. However 4 digit numbers for SQ can also be for SIA Cargo flights.

From the news report, apparently the call was made when the plane was airborne and midway to its flight. Interestingly the plane did not divert to the nearest airport because of the bomb threat but instead fly all the way back to Changi. How do they determine that it was a hoax?

Interesting because Strauts Tines mentioned "Preliminary checks showed that the airline had received a call after the plane left Mumbai's airport on Monday at about 11.35pm local time. The caller claimed that there was a bomb on the plane." Later it mentioned as the plane was about to arrive in Changi "The police were alerted about the threat at about 5.48 am, a spokesman said." And the plane landed at 8am. That meant the plane was still flying for more than 2 hours before it landed and when the local police was notified but however it also suggested that SIA was informed about the bomb threat shortly after the plane took off.

Most likely that the call was receive shortly before 5.48am.
Although the plane land 2 hours later , the actual time should be around 1 hr 15 mins or so. Cos if you look at the flight path from FR24, the plane was doing big round
Normal flight time is around 4 h 40 mins. Today flight is around 5h 40 mins
