If I remember correctly SIA Cargo isn't profitable. I think they'll try to wring as much life out of the current fleet as much as they can - with most of the fleet delivered relatively recently (2002-2006) there's plenty of life in those frames. The two oldest frames were delivered in 1997 and 1998 - if the cargo market doesn't really recover those two may be retired without replacement.
Long term if the cargo market stays slow I could see SQ getting out operating cargo planes entirely. Either it goes to belly cargo only or you see a smaller fleet operated by someone like Atlas Air for SIA Cargo, as some other airlines are already doing.
