SQ318 landed at 19:18, 18 minutes behind schedule. I suppose it was affected, just not too badly so.

A computer failure at NATS caused UK airspace to be closed earlier today. As I said in my recent post in the Lounge Meets thread, this is why I try to avoid flying at this time of year. There is always something that causes chaos. It's usually centred on LHR, which along with JFK must be one of the most cursed airports on the planet.

Luckily my Mum got in early this morning on SQ328 before the disruption started, although as usual it was mainly London that suffered.

Someone who works in IT. It shocks me to find a computer issue can cause this type of thing!
