I just read on wikitravel that these combinations exist for SQ rtws!:
Singapore and one of Continental, LAN Chile, United

Does teh continental option still exist ex-HK? according to HK sq website they do not?

But if a joint SQ-United RTW existed that would be great as it would sufficiently cover most of the world and places one would need to go! if so do u know where u can purchase it?

There's a thread in the FT Star Alliance forum listing all alternate RTWs.

SQ/CO RTW is no longer available since April of this year, AFAIK.
