SWT has been out for 3 months (13 weeks) and was supposed to do an A/T according to iCargo a week ago. This to my knowledge is the longest (SWI actually took 12 weeks) that an original 77W has been out for a retrofit. Hopefully it will return to service in time for the PEK redeye flights (800/805) which are going 77WR very soon.

I am unable to find a thread to ask this, if there is please give me the link, thank you.
I am just wondering about the Singapore Airlines Cargo Boeing 747-400F fleet
Will they be replaced by B772F or B747-8 aircraft, when they are beyond economic use?

Also, SQ832/835 to PVG, which only operate during the Northern Summer Schedule, usually served by a 772 has switched to a 77W completely. My observation source: FR24, though it hasn't been officially announced anywhere, including routesonline.

Personally I hope SQ opts for the jumbojet 747-8F

SQ just announced its results. For the first time in many years, it has not included a “Fleet Development “ section.

Not sure if this will be updated.
