Tried to spot the A350 landing today (which I failed miserably so let's not talk about that)
Anyways, at 2.15pm, I saw 9V-SYK out of SQ's livery (plane was plain white *pun intended*) flying a/t as SQ8877. Is it leaving SQ or just getting another repaint?
I can upload the pic but I dont know how ._.

That must have felt good when you pressed 'Submit' on the first A350, FSJZ!
Planes to keep our eyes on for the next update:
SMB & SMC obviously...
SKB & SKC have both been out of service for a while now so may return with a PEY cabin which would completely erase the current 'Seating 1' category - or not...
I don't believe SKM was fitted during its break from service though- it has been mostly flying to ZRH recently which was announced not to be getting PEY until mid-year.
SVH has been on the ground a few days now and we know its days are numbered. If not now, then soon...
The usual watch on 77W refits of course.
And finally STG. After such a long time since the 'unfortunate incident' it made some kind of murmur on flightradar 4 days ago, but not the kind with a flight number. Data error or about to emerge again?

Financially, it will probably make more sense for SQ to hold on to these planes while it continues to return the 333s coming off lease. Not the best outcome for us passengers. They will retire them only once they start receiving enough 350s and 78Js.Last edited by 259850; 14 March 2016, 05:37 PM.

ohh sigh...the worse have to be SRJ and SRL. Its like flying in a time warp !

I'm afraid to say that this entire thread is inaccurate.
According to this highly authoritative book (published in 1982) which I found when unpacking some old boxes, the SQ fleet is:
08 A300B4-203
02 B727-212 Advanced
14 B747-212B
08 B747-312B (SUD)
No mention of these old hat A350-900XWB things...
P.S. I've been searching Expertflyer.com for availability on SIN-BRU, but can't seem to find any...
