I was on a flight from SIN to AMS on Tuesday and the plane was retrofitted. Cabin staff said they believe all flights SIN to AMS have been retrofitted as of now (300 and 200).
However, I am on a flight from AMS to SIN on Wednesday and it looks to be the old spacebed style which is disappointing.

I think you may have been on a 77W (777-300ER). AMS is currently getting a mix of 200ER and 300ER planes. The 77W aren't retrofitted- they were originally fitted with those seats. The 772 retrofitted planes can't fly that far and the 773 retrofits, SY* series haven't been assigned to that route. I'm not even sure if they could be distance-wise.
