    Do you have PPS status?
    I have KF Gold status, does this help?

    I am trying to do a date change and also a stopover if possible.
    Still waiting them to call me.

      Please ask KrisFlyer to email you the itinerary or go down to ION Orchard to get a print out of your itinerary, not e-ticket.

        The date change will be approved for sure. I think they will give you the stopover too but that one is a harder hurdle. If not, accept the date change first, do the stopover request later. Sometimes, asking too many things at one time can be complicated and counter-productive. But you are risking them telling you "one exception" only in the next request. Which is more important to you?

        Like I said, call them to remind.

          I got a call from SQ, a lady from local office I think.
          She help me to change the ticket to new date I want without any issue.
          She is even offer to do BTC for me.
          However, for stopover request, it cannot be granted as they have to re-issue the ticket.

          Just wonder why SQ call center do not know how to handle this kind of request.
