Amazing... /me may have to dump JAL after all.

I must say Melaka to Singapore seems rather pointless.

understand its now to SIN Budget terminal - however flying time would take much longer at abt 1 hr 10 mins instead of by jets ex-LCCT/KLIA which takes between 35 to 40 mins

I had really wished they would fly from Seletar rather than Changi.....

Had a look at their website and found some interesting info: that they offer 20kg free checked baggage; something the other LCCs don't and all the other charges are laid open for all to see; something many many other airlines don't

200 a week between KUL and SIN is an impressive number - and the big winner is..... drumroll........ me! (and the Malaysian and Singaporean public)

                  Big Loser: Aeroline/Transtar and gang.

Just priced up an AK down to SIN one way all in - most days, most flights you can get it for as low as RM25 drive away no more to pay, with free air

that's about 2/5ths of Foxtrot Alpha in Sterling Old Chap or
about 3/5ths of Foxtrot Alpha in Australian Dollars mate
or basically Foxtrot Alpha in any currency you care to name.

Wonder why SQ still charges close to RM500ish though

Having said that, still waiting for a set of flights at ungodly hours (12am-2am both ways). Those'd be PERFECT.

Haha, they failed to mention my favorite.

My favorite not good enough times for you, SQfg? It's also going fairly late both ends...
