I was reading a report on China Eastern's cabin classes on its Boeing 777-300ER when I saw that in First Class, the centre seats could be converted to a double bed (I wanted to include the image but it was too large and I didn't know how to resize it).
It looked like a carbon copy of SQ's Suites, thought it's not clear if the bed is converted from the seat or entirely separate. I also found this comical image on MU's English site:
I'm not sure that's how they'd want couples to be enjoying their double bed...
Anyway, are there other airlines which have First Class seats that can be combined to make a double bed? Excluding Etihad's Apartment, which isn't a full double bed.
Assuming SQ keeps 'Suites', I hope they'll have a stunning new concept come 2017, now that EY has The Residence and MU has center seats that can be converted to a double bed.
