            Well of course we all got the same number because we are all Richard Shipp...

            I think they should waived the RM10 we paid.... What a joke for a start!

            I am going online to chat with their agent. If they can't solve it, I will email Mr. Tony "Richard Shipp" Fernandez!

                No luck Richard. I have been putting on queue for 30 min. Then when the agent came, just ask for my info (email, phone number), then no reply then I suddenly bumped into feedback screen.

                Any idea how to enter that stupid number when I make the booking?

                I think I will escalate to Mr Fernandez

                  See if he replied. I think he is in Paris now

                  Dear Tony,

                  Sorry to disturb you for a "trivial" matter.

                  Many of us excited when we know AirAsia launched this Loyalty Programme and we are immediately subscribe and pay for it. The automatic email was sent out saying that we should received the membership information within 24 hours.

                  24 hours has lapsed and we do not get anything. Many of us understand that this may be caused of Hari Raya long holiday. This morning, many of us including myself received the below email. I was quite excited until I read from the forum that the email was all the same. It is addressed to RICHARD SHIPP and all come with the same number.

                  I think this is such a hilarious and a big joke! It is just a "simple" registration and fee indeed pay RM10 (well a small token to say) and we get this kind of "error". I am not even sure if AirAsia indeed realize this problem and hard to get your customer service!

                  Appreciate if you ask your staff to rectify this issue.

                    Just got a call from AirAsia regarding my "complain" on the BIG Loyalty. The girl told me they are looking into it now and try to resolve it within 24 hours.

                    Well, let's see if they can keep their promise.

                          I just got another call from AirAsia again. The lady told me that she has checked that the Program is not yet launch for public. It is still only restricted for Goverment and Corporate account.

                          The public launch will only happen in Q4. So because you guys being naughty the you are all rename to RICHARD SHIPP!!
