A very good video found on youtube about the SIN-EWR route with the new Business class seats. Video has every thing you can think of in preparing such a long flight. Sadly its in German, but still a great video.

It's because the aspect ratio of the TV program was squashed from the original 16:9 to 4:3 during the upload to Youtube. You can tell during certain shots that everything has been squashed sideways to make things look very thin.

The seat dimensions are a little different on the A345 compared to 77W/A380 - but certainly not enough to make them as narrow as they do on the video.

Seats are narrower but still enough space for me, and I'm 6' tall

Thank you for introducing an interesting video. Though I cannot understand German at all, I enjoyed them very much. I think we can guess the aspects of SQ22 with this video. As the staffs, crews and passengers answers the questions of reporter in English, I wish I could watch the videos in English. I can understand English more than German.

The title of this thread isn't correct.... It may be the worlds longest scheduled passenger flight... but there are other flights (manned or unmanned) that fly longer (in time) or further (in distance) than SIN - EWR.

no clue. But it's said that he takes that flight once a month so he must be at least PPS and that he has 2 kids. Seems to be a nice guy, so maybe an SQtalker .
