ey Keithy, a splendid ending to a great TR - the standards you, Nickbot, SQFG , Tapei with his innaugral and others have set is amazing. As we have all learnt try to avoid that one individual who pops up now and then set to making our trip a hassle.

In fact with the OP-UP, it gives the airline a chance to promote its product and entice you to open ** wallet and coff up the dollars for the "better" product. She seems like one of those determined to bring her airline into disrepute and nothing more.

Cheers for the read and i hoped you luved harry potter as much as i did - shame bout the epilogue - just like ** F.A hehe

Great job Keith! Have a question, how did you like the new CW compared to the B77W J?
Such a way about you, My Singapore Girl. Wouldn't go away without you, My Singapore Girl.

        I've not been on SQ 77W J.

Keith, as mentioned the other day, what you should perhaps have done is ask for the CSD. Explain the situation, say that you don't want to be treated like a second class citizen (you paid for your WT+ tix too don't forget) and ask to be downgraded back to WT+. That would have put the cat amongst the pigeons...

jhm - thanks, that's great advice. Will keep that in mind for future op ups.

I also got a few PMs inquiring about deplaning of mid J Club pax at SYD. You do tend to forget these things when you're an op up and all is merry. Unfortunately only 1 door is used at SYD and hence main deck J pax deplane after F, upper deck J AND W pax. It took a fair while to get off the aircraft, almost as long as the first few rows of Y. I won't rehash all the arguments against the mid J config in that regard, except that I'd have been pretty annoyed had I actually paid for a Club ticket.
