The -YOUTUBE- button on this board is rather annoying for people who want to watch the videos posted because neither Opera nor Firefox support this option (I have to klick "reply" everytime I want to see a vid to make the link appear)

Maybe you have a suggestion to improve things?
I know there are some problems with Opera, but I can't imagine any way to solve the situation without removing the embedding.
About FFox, I can grant you the embedding works perfectly with FF. If you are experiencing difficulties, maybe you can consider to update your version or to check your settings.

I've got the same issue as "up and away" so I don't think its related to his/her browser settings.
I'm using IE7 (with the latest security updates) and Google Chrome, both are unable to view the youtube videos. To view the content I need to press the "quote" button, then copy the youtube URL, then visit youtube to see the content.matt_will_fix_itComment

matt... please forgive me if I'm in a quite way rude. But you don't have any problem. As well I don't have.
The reason is very easy: the author of the post with the embedded videos filled in data *uncorrectly*.
The use of the BBCODE "youtube" implies the user has only to fill in the code of the video and not the full URL. If the users fill in the full URL, you won't have any chance to see the embedded videos.
