No red ang pau from SQ when checked-in at BKK.

I checked in at the economy counter, and she was literally shocked that I did it. She offered me to move all the check-in bags to the F counter. And I flatly said NO. Then she told me a while back she got yelled by an F pax. She misjudged me, and apologized for it. I even told her that I needed to pay THB700. She could not believe that I was very informed and "kind."

When you see long line in F and C counters, why would you wait when there is a free Y check-in agent? Better check-in quickly and go to the Lounge. Otherwise, I am not on-line now...

Can you go to the shower rooms to see if they will give you an amenity kit?

Also did they open the sleeper rooms in the back of the lounge?

Are you using the computers right by the entrance of the F lounge

I am using my laptop with free wifi. Had two glasses of Moet Chandon already. Another 10 minutes to go boarding.

The L'Occitane kits is in the box inside the Thai silk pouch. At TG lounge in BKK, I don't need to ask. You might get confused with NH F lounge at NRT. Yup will try my luck to get one there this Thursday. Fresh now after shower. Did not check the nap area, but I saw someone in there, napping.
