Need Cheap Ticket To HKG

Greetings,

I want to go to HKG with a bunch of friends however I have booked too late.

SQ is offering a ridiculous Y fare at S$799 while CX is S$789.

Zuji has found me CX at S$479 but the times are crap.

UA is full and BI aren't cheap enough as their special fares are two-to-go.

TR to MFM is S$624 and 3K is S$564.

MH doesn't give me anything.

TG could not find the fare for the requested intinerary.

I was wondering, if I showed up at SIN luggage in hand and waited about for some availability, would I get a cheap seat for next-to-nothing or don't SQ operate in that way?

I'm clutching at straws here. This may not even be possible and considering how frivilous my spending has been over these past few months, the bank balance would thank me. However, I still want to go if the price is right.......

Any help?
