Runway 3 should also come into operation at the same time. Expect a longer taxi time if your flight is assigned to runway 3.

It will easily be another 15 mins of taxiing from T2 to runway 3 and not forgetting using for jet fuel to taxi over. Will cost airlines in time and costs.
