Any hotels near Changi International Airport?

Guys, I'm thinking of going to Singapore from LAX by myself!!!!

My question is that is there any hotels near SIN (Changi Int'l)?

I think the closest hotel would be Le Meridien Changi Village Hotel.
However, I would spend the extra ten mins or so on the taxi and stay at a city hotel instead. Nothing is THAT far, really, in Singapore.

Yup, I think that would be closest. But I agree with StarG--I would much rather stay in the city. Lots more options there. You can also get to the city from the airport either by cab or train.

I agree with StarG & MovieMan, it's worth the extra time (10-15 minutes) to stay in the city rather than out near Changi.

Of course, you can also stay in the trainsit hotel IN Changi if you want to be as close as possible to the airport!
